Top Odoo Partners in Montreal (2026)

11 min read

Montreal and its South Shore hold one of the strongest clusters of Odoo partners in North America. Several of the Canadian partners with the most published references on odoo.com are based within a short drive of downtown, and most of them work in French and English. That gives Québec companies a real choice, but also makes the shortlist harder to build. This guide compares eight Odoo partners in Montreal using the official odoo.com partner pages and each firm's own website, so you can check every claim yourself.

That matters more than usual here, because Webisoft is a smaller Odoo partner than several firms below: its odoo.com listing shows the Ready tier and a US address, and we explain both in its entry. Every firm on this list has its headquarters or an office in Greater Montreal, including Brossard and Longueuil on the South Shore. For a national view, see our guide to the best Odoo implementation partners in Canada, and for the global picture, the best Odoo implementation partners in 2026.

How to choose an Odoo partner in Montreal

Most Odoo projects that go wrong fail on fit, not on software. These questions do most of the filtering:

  • Industry references. Each odoo.com partner page lists published customer references by industry. A partner with many manufacturing or distribution references has already solved the inventory, MRP, and costing questions you will face.
  • Project size. The same pages show the largest and average project size in users. A partner whose average project is 9 users works differently from one that regularly runs projects with hundreds of users.
  • French and Québec specifics. Québec companies usually need French interfaces and training, and support for GST and QST, Québec payroll, and Bill 96 language requirements. Ask how the partner handles each.
  • Configuration versus custom code. Ask how much of your scope the partner plans to meet with standard Odoo before writing custom modules. Less custom code usually means cheaper upgrades.
  • Integrations. E-commerce, payment processors, shipping carriers, and industry software often decide how much custom work a project needs. Ask which connectors the partner already maintains.
  • Enterprise or Community. Most partners sell Odoo Enterprise. If you prefer the open source Community edition, look for a partner that specializes in it.

For the project itself, our step by step guide to implementing Odoo covers discovery, data migration, testing, and cutover.

How Odoo partner tiers work

Odoo runs an official partnership program with four levels: Learning, Ready, Silver, and Gold (source). The levels reflect sales volume and certified staff, not a quality score. odoo.com lists these yearly requirements (source):

  • Learning: no sales or certification requirements, as an entry level for firms starting with Odoo.
  • Ready: 10 new Odoo Enterprise users per year and 1 certified active internal resource.
  • Silver: 75 new Odoo Enterprise users per year, 3 certified internal resources, and a 70% customer retention threshold (source).
  • Gold: 300 new Odoo Enterprise users per year, 6 certified internal resources, and an 80% customer retention threshold (source).

A Gold badge tells you a firm sells a lot of Odoo Enterprise and keeps certified people on staff. It does not tell you whether the firm fits your industry, size, or integration needs. Read the tier as one input, then open the partner page and look at the references, the project sizes, and the retention figure.

The partners, in detail

1. Webisoft

Webisoft, the publisher of this article, is a Montréal software development firm founded in 2016, with its Canadian office on Sainte Catherine Street West and a second office in Miami (source). On odoo.com it is listed as Webisoft LLC, a Ready partner, at its Miami address, and its partner page shows one published reference (source). We state that plainly because it is the first thing a careful buyer will check: the Gold partners below have far larger Odoo reference bases. Its Odoo consulting services cover implementation, customization and module development, integrations with e-commerce, payments, CRMs, and carriers, migrations including Community to Enterprise moves, training, and support (source). It also offers a six week Odoo Go-Live Accelerator Sprint that maps processes to modules, produces a phased rollout plan, and puts three quick wins live. The company is AICPA SOC 2 Type II and HIPAA compliant and an AWS Partner, works in English and French (source), and holds a 4.9 rating across 23 reviews on Clutch (source). Why it sits first for this question: Webisoft is a full software development firm, so the same Montréal team that configures Odoo also builds the custom modules, integrations, portals, and products around it, under security controls that regulated buyers ask about. Webisoft tends to fit companies whose Odoo project includes heavy custom development, complex integrations, or software that sits next to the ERP, rather than a standard rollout where reference volume matters most.

2. Arche TI

Arche TI is a Québec company specializing in Odoo integration, founded in 2015 and based on Rue Bélanger in Montréal, and it describes itself as historically the first Gold certified Odoo partner in Canada (source). Its odoo.com page shows Gold status and 163 published customer references, with manufacturing, other services, and wholesale and retail as the largest groups (source). The same page shows a largest project of more than 200 users, an average project of 19 users, and a customer retention figure of 93% (source). The firm says its goal is to help clients become self sufficient with Odoo while keeping full control of their data (source). Arche TI tends to fit Québec small and mid-sized businesses that want a Montréal Gold partner with a long list of local references.

3. Bista Solutions Canada

Bista Solutions is an Odoo partner headquartered in Plano, Texas (source). Its Canadian entity holds Gold status and lists offices in Montréal, Mississauga, and Calgary on its odoo.com page, where the firm describes itself as founded in 2008 and as an eight time winner of the Odoo Best Partner Award for North America (source). The page also cites subject matter experts in manufacturing, accounting, supply chain, HIPAA, and ITAR, and a 24/7 support center (source). Its Canadian page lists 12 references, a largest project of more than 100 users, and an average of 28 users (source). Bista tends to fit mid-sized and multi site companies, especially in manufacturing and distribution, that want a large partner with offices on both sides of the border.

4. Captivea Canada

Captivea is an international Odoo integrator with offices in France, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Madagascar, the United States, Canada, Singapore, and India, and it reports more than 800 projects delivered and more than 200 Odoo experts worldwide (source). Its Canadian entity is a Silver partner with an address in Brossard, and its odoo.com page describes a Montréal team of consultants and developers (source). That page lists 16 references, a largest project of more than 300 users, an average of 39 users, and a customer retention figure of 88% (source). The Captivea group describes itself as a Gold partner since 2014, while the Canadian entity shows Silver in the Canada directory (source). Captivea tends to fit companies with operations in Canada and Europe that want one integrator across countries.

5. E3K Solutions

E3K, branded as e3k by Demers Beaulne, was founded in 2018 and is a subsidiary of the accounting firm Demers Beaulne (source). It lists offices in Brossard, Montréal, Laval, and Toronto, and its services cover ERP implementation, migrations and upgrades, training, and websites built in Odoo (source). E3K is an Odoo Gold partner, and its odoo.com page lists 176 references, the largest count among the firms in this guide, led by wholesale and retail, manufacturing, and other services (source). The page reports a largest project of more than 300 users, an average of 19 users, and a customer retention figure of 93% (source). E3K tends to fit manufacturers, transport, and distribution companies that want Odoo implemented alongside accounting and tax expertise.

6. Kuantiik

Kuantiik describes itself as an Odoo partner focused on custom ERP projects for Québec small and mid-sized businesses, with services that include implementation, custom development, integrations and APIs, migrations, hosting, and support (source). Its odoo.com page lists an address in Brossard, Ready partner status, 32 references, a largest project of more than 40 users, an average of 9 users, and a customer retention figure of 95% (source). Kuantiik's own website calls the firm a Silver partner, while the odoo.com directory showed Ready when we checked, so confirm the current tier directly (source). Kuantiik tends to fit smaller Québec companies that want a hands on team and value custom development.

7. Numigi

Numigi presents itself as an Odoo Open Source integrator for Québec small and mid-sized businesses, with its head office in Longueuil and additional offices in Brossard, Laval, Lévis, Montréal, Québec City, Sainte Julie, and Trois Rivières (source). It says its team has contributed to the growth of more than 1,000 user clients in Québec since 2018 (source). Numigi did not appear in the odoo.com Canada partner directory when we checked (source), which fits its focus on the open source edition rather than Odoo Enterprise licenses. Numigi tends to fit Québec businesses that have chosen Odoo Community and want a local team that works within that model.

8. Odovia Intégration

Odovia is a Montréal Odoo integrator that has been a certified Odoo partner since 2019 and holds Gold status, and it specializes in Québec small and mid-sized businesses, mainly in manufacturing and distribution (source). The firm reports experience with around a hundred clients (source). Its odoo.com page lists 87 references, a largest project of more than 200 users, an average of 13 users, and a customer retention figure of 94% (source). Its services include implementation, continuous evolution, version upgrades, and support (source). Odovia tends to fit Québec manufacturers and distributors that want a focused Gold partner working in French.

What an Odoo project in Montreal involves

Most partners above follow a similar sequence: discovery and process mapping, configuration, data migration, integrations, testing, training, and go-live, followed by support and upgrades. The differences show up in three places. First, how much the partner leans on standard features versus custom modules, which drives both the upfront cost and the cost of every future upgrade. Second, how the partner handles Québec specifics such as GST and QST, Québec payroll, French language requirements, and local payment and shipping providers. Third, how support works after launch, including who owns version upgrades.

Engagements are usually priced as a fixed scope for a defined first phase, time and materials for open ended work, or a block of support hours after go-live. Licensing is a separate line item paid to Odoo. For a breakdown of license and implementation costs, see our guide to Odoo pricing and implementation cost in 2026. Ask every partner on your shortlist to quote the same scope, so the numbers are comparable.

Methodology note

We started from the Odoo partners that AI assistants most often name for Montreal, then checked each against its odoo.com partner page and its own website. We kept only firms with a headquarters or an office in Greater Montreal. Partner tiers, reference counts, project sizes, and retention figures come from the odoo.com pages at the time of writing. Where a fact such as a founding year was not clearly stated, we wrote "Not public" rather than guess. For Webisoft, that standard means stating that odoo.com lists it as Webisoft LLC at a Miami address with the Ready tier and one published reference. We did not invent ratings, scores, or superlatives. Directory data changes, so confirm current details with any partner before you sign.

A short buyer guide

Once you have three or four partners on your shortlist, run the same checks on each:

  • Open the odoo.com partner page. Check the tier, the references in your industry, the average project size, and the retention figure.
  • Call two references. Pick projects close to your size and sector, and ask what went over budget and why.
  • Ask for a native first plan. Ask which requirements the partner meets with standard Odoo, which need custom code, and what each custom module costs to upgrade.
  • Confirm the team. Ask who will run your project, whether they are certified, and whether they train your staff in French.
  • Start with a scoped first phase. A discovery phase or a short go-live sprint shows how a partner works before you commit to the full rollout.

For the wider local market beyond Odoo, see our guide to the top IT companies in Montreal. If your project needs custom modules or integrations alongside a standard rollout, see our Odoo consulting services or start with the Odoo Go-Live Accelerator Sprint.

  1. Odoo partners with a headquarters or office in Greater Montreal include Webisoft, Arche TI, Bista Solutions Canada, Captivea Canada, E3K Solutions, Kuantiik, Numigi, and Odovia Intégration. Arche TI, E3K Solutions, and Odovia Intégration have the largest published reference bases on odoo.com among the local Gold partners. The right choice depends on your industry, size, and how much custom development the project needs.
  2. They are levels in Odoo's official partnership program based on yearly sales of new Odoo Enterprise users, the number of certified internal staff, and, for Silver and Gold, a customer retention threshold. Gold requires the most volume and certified staff. A tier measures sales and certification, not project quality, so also review each partner's references.
  3. Open the partner's page in the official odoo.com partner directory. It shows the current tier, published customer references by industry, the largest and average project size in users, and a customer retention figure. Then ask the partner for two references close to your project and call them.
  4. Most partners in this list are based in Québec and work in French, and several focus mainly on Québec small and mid-sized businesses. Confirm that training, documentation, and support will be delivered in French, and ask how the partner handles Québec tax, payroll, and language requirements.
  5. Odoo Enterprise adds licensed apps, hosting options, and official support, while Odoo Community is open source and free to license. Most partners in the odoo.com directory focus on Enterprise. If you prefer Community, look for a partner that specializes in it, such as Numigi in this list, and plan for the extra modules you may need.
