Odoo is easy to buy and harder to implement well. The software is modular and affordable, but the result depends on the partner who maps your processes, migrates your data, and trains your team. Canada has a deep bench of Odoo partners, from Gold partners with hundreds of published references to small Québec specialists. This guide compares ten Odoo implementation partners with a real presence in Canada, using the official odoo.com partner directory and each firm's own website as sources, so you can build a shortlist on evidence.
We list the firms alphabetically. We do not rank them, because the best Odoo implementation partner in Canada for a 300 user manufacturer in Ontario is rarely the best one for a 12 person distributor in Québec. Use the table to narrow the field, then read the notes and the buyer guide to match a partner to your project. If you want the global picture, see our companion list of the best Odoo implementation partners in 2026.
How to choose an Odoo implementation partner in Canada
Most failed Odoo projects fail on fit, not on software. A few questions do most of the filtering:
- Industry references. Each odoo.com partner page lists published customer references by industry. A partner with dozens of manufacturing references has already solved the inventory, MRP, and costing questions you will face.
- Project size. The same pages show the largest and average project size in users. A firm whose average project is 9 users works differently from one whose largest project is 300 users.
- Language and province. Québec businesses often need French interfaces, French training, and support for Québec payroll and tax rules. Firms based in Montréal, Brossard, or Longueuil tend to lead with that. Ontario and western Canada firms tend to lead in English.
- Configuration versus code. Ask how much of your scope the partner plans to meet with standard Odoo features before writing custom modules. Less custom code means cheaper upgrades later.
- Integrations. Canadian payroll, payment processors, shipping carriers, and e-commerce platforms often decide how much custom work a project needs. Ask which connectors the partner already maintains.
- Support after go-live. An implementation is the start of the relationship. Confirm support hours, response times, and who handles version upgrades.
For planning the project itself, our step by step guide to implementing Odoo walks through discovery, data migration, testing, and cutover.
How Odoo partner tiers work
Odoo runs an official partnership program with four levels: Learning, Ready, Silver, and Gold (source). The levels reflect sales volume and certified staff, not a quality score. Here is what odoo.com lists as the yearly requirements (source):
- Learning: no sales or certification requirements. It is the entry level for firms that are starting with Odoo.
- Ready: 10 new Odoo Enterprise users per year and 1 certified active internal resource.
- Silver: 75 new Odoo Enterprise users per year, 3 certified internal resources, and a 70% customer retention threshold (source).
- Gold: 300 new Odoo Enterprise users per year, 6 certified internal resources, and an 80% customer retention threshold (source).
At the time of writing, the odoo.com directory lists 94 partners in Canada: 6 Gold, 10 Silver, and 78 Ready (source). A Gold badge tells you a firm sells a lot of Odoo Enterprise and keeps certified people on staff. It does not tell you whether the firm fits your industry, size, or language. A Ready partner with ten references in your exact niche can be a better choice than a Gold partner whose work is mostly in another sector. Read the tier as one input, then open the partner page and look at the references, project sizes, and retention figure.

The partners, in detail
Arche TI
Arche TI is a Québec company specializing in Odoo integration, founded in 2015 and based on Rue Bélanger in Montréal (source). It is an Odoo Gold partner, and its odoo.com page lists 163 published customer references, with manufacturing, other services, and wholesale and retail as the largest groups (source). The same page shows a largest project of more than 200 users, an average project of 19 users, and a customer retention figure of 93% (source). That reference count is one of the highest among Canadian partners, which gives buyers plenty of comparable projects to ask about. Arche TI tends to fit Québec small and mid-sized businesses that want a Montréal Gold partner with a long list of local references.
Bista Solutions Canada
Bista Solutions is a US Odoo partner headquartered in Plano, Texas (source). Its Canadian entity holds Gold status and lists offices in Montréal, Mississauga, and Calgary on its odoo.com page, where the firm describes itself as founded in 2008 and as an eight-time winner of the Odoo Best Partner Award for North America (source). The page also cites subject matter experts in manufacturing, accounting, supply chain, HIPAA, and ITAR, and a 24/7 support center (source). Its Canadian partner page lists 12 references, a largest project of more than 100 users, and an average of 28 users (source). Bista tends to fit mid-sized and multi-site companies, especially in manufacturing and distribution, that want a large partner with offices on both sides of the border.
Captivea Canada
Captivea is an international Odoo integrator with offices in France, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Madagascar, the United States, Canada, Singapore, and India, and it reports more than 800 projects delivered and more than 200 Odoo experts worldwide (source). Its Canadian entity is a Silver partner with an address in Brossard, Québec, and its odoo.com page describes a Montréal team of consultants and developers (source). That page lists 16 references, a largest project of more than 300 users, an average of 39 users, and a customer retention figure of 88% (source). Note that the Captivea group describes itself as a Gold partner since 2014, while the Canadian entity shows Silver in the Canada directory (source). It lists offices in Brossard, Montréal, Laval, and Toronto, and its services cover ERP implementation, migrations and upgrades, training, and websites built in Odoo (source). E3K is an Odoo Gold partner, and its odoo.com page lists 176 references, the largest count among the firms in this guide, led by wholesale and retail, manufacturing, and other services (source). The page reports a largest project of more than 300 users, an average of 19 users, and a customer retention figure of 93% (source). E3K tends to fit manufacturers, transport, and distribution companies that want Odoo implemented alongside accounting and tax expertise.
Kuantiik
Kuantiik describes itself as an Odoo partner focused on custom ERP projects for Québec small and mid-sized businesses, with services that include implementation, custom development, integrations and APIs, migrations, hosting, and support (source). Its odoo.com page lists an address in Brossard, Québec, Ready partner status, 32 references, a largest project of more than 40 users, an average of 9 users, and a customer retention figure of 95% (source). Kuantiik's own website calls the firm a Silver partner, while the odoo.com directory shows Ready at the time of writing, so confirm the current tier directly (source). Kuantiik tends to fit smaller Québec companies that want a hands-on team and value custom development.
Numigi
Numigi presents itself as an Odoo Open Source integrator for Québec small and mid-sized businesses, with its head office in Longueuil and additional offices in Brossard, Laval, Lévis, Montréal, Québec City, Sainte-Julie, and Trois-Rivières (source). Its services cover analysis and planning, design and architecture, functional and technical work, training, project management, and support, and it has served clients since 2018 (source). Numigi does not appear in the odoo.com Canada partner directory at the time of writing (source), which fits its focus on the open source edition rather than Odoo Enterprise licenses. Numigi tends to fit Québec businesses that have decided on Odoo Community and want a local team that works within that model.
Odovia Intégration
Odovia is a Montréal Odoo integrator that has been a certified Odoo partner since 2019 and specializes in Québec small and mid-sized businesses, mainly in manufacturing and distribution (source). The firm reports experience with about one hundred clients (source). It is an Odoo Gold partner, and its odoo.com page lists 87 references, a largest project of more than 200 users, an average of 13 users, and a customer retention figure of 94% (source). Its services include implementation, continuous evolution, version upgrades, and support (source). Odovia tends to fit Québec manufacturers and distributors that want a focused Gold partner working in French.
OERP Canada
OERP Canada is a Toronto Odoo partner that lists 2012 as its start as an Odoo partner and reports Gold status since 2018 (source). Its services cover implementation, upgrades, hosting, support, project rescue, business analysis, custom development, and integrations (source). The odoo.com page lists 132 references led by manufacturing, wholesale and retail, and food and hospitality, with a largest project of more than 200 users, an average of 17 users, and a customer retention figure of 97% (source). OERP states that it configures with native Odoo features first and aims for minimal code to keep upgrades simple (source). OERP tends to fit Ontario and national companies that want a Gold partner with a native-first approach, and teams with a stalled project that needs rescue.
Syncoria
Syncoria was founded in 2004 and is based on Bay Street in Toronto, specializing in Odoo, web, and mobile applications (source). It is an Odoo Gold partner and focuses on adapting Odoo for Canada, including Canadian payroll, Moneris, and Canada Post integrations and more than 30 ready-to-use apps (source). Its odoo.com page lists 56 references, a largest project of more than 300 users, an average of 28 users, and a customer retention figure of 97% (source). Syncoria tends to fit retail, wholesale, and manufacturing companies that need Canadian payment, payroll, and shipping connectors out of the box.
Webisoft
Webisoft, the publisher of this article, is a Montréal software development firm founded in 2016 with a second office in Miami (source). It is listed on odoo.com as Webisoft LLC, a Ready partner, at its Miami address (source). Its Odoo consulting services cover implementation, customization and module development, integrations with e-commerce, payments, CRMs, and carriers, migrations including Community to Enterprise moves, training, and support (source). Webisoft also offers a six week Odoo Go-Live Accelerator Sprint that maps processes to modules, produces a phased rollout plan, and puts three quick wins live. The company is AICPA SOC 2 Type II and HIPAA compliant and an AWS Partner, works in English and French, and holds a 4.9-star rating across 23 reviews on Clutch (source). Its odoo.com page lists one published reference, far fewer than the Gold partners above, so judge it on its custom software depth rather than Odoo reference volume. Webisoft tends to fit companies whose Odoo project includes heavy custom development, complex integrations, or a product that sits next to the ERP.
What an Odoo implementation in Canada involves
Most partners above follow a similar sequence: discovery and process mapping, configuration, data migration, integrations, testing, training, and go-live, followed by support and upgrades. The differences show up in three places. First, how much the partner leans on standard features versus custom modules, which drives both your upfront cost and your upgrade cost. Second, how the partner handles Canadian specifics such as GST, HST, and QST, provincial payroll, French language needs, and local payment and shipping providers. Third, how support works after launch, including who owns version upgrades.
Engagements are usually priced as a fixed scope for a defined first phase, time and materials for open-ended work, or a block of support hours after go-live. Licensing is a separate line item paid to Odoo. For a breakdown of license and implementation costs, see our guide to Odoo pricing and implementation cost in 2026. Ask every partner on your shortlist to quote the same scope so the numbers are comparable.
Methodology note
We built this list from publicly verifiable information: the official odoo.com Canada partner directory, each firm's odoo.com partner page, and each firm's own website. Partner tiers, reference counts, project sizes, and retention figures come from the odoo.com pages at the time of writing. We started from the firms that AI assistants and buyers most often name for Odoo in Canada, then checked each against these sources. We did not invent ratings, scores, or rankings, and where a fact such as a founding year was not clearly stated we wrote "Not public" rather than guess. Firms are presented alphabetically, not in ranked order, and Webisoft, the publisher, appears in its natural alphabetical position with the same sourcing standard applied to it. Directory data changes, so confirm the current details with any partner before you sign.
A short buyer guide
Once you have a shortlist of three or four partners, run the same checks on each:
- Open the odoo.com partner page. Check the tier, the references in your industry, the average project size, and the retention figure.
- Call two references. Pick projects close to your size and sector, and ask what went over budget and why.
- Ask for a native-first plan. Ask which requirements the partner meets with standard Odoo and which need custom code, and what each custom module costs to upgrade.
- Confirm the team. Ask who will run your project, whether they are certified, and whether they work in your language and time zone.
- Start with a scoped first phase. A discovery phase or a short go-live sprint shows how a partner works before you commit to the full rollout.
The goal is simple: pick a partner whose references match your industry and size, confirm the facts on odoo.com, and start with a phase small enough to prove the fit. If your project needs custom modules or integrations alongside a standard rollout, see our Odoo consulting services or start with the Odoo Go-Live Accelerator Sprint.

- There is no single best partner. Gold partners such as Arche TI, E3K Solutions, Odovia Intégration, OERP Canada, Syncoria, and Bista Solutions Canada have the largest published reference bases, while smaller firms such as Kuantiik, Numigi, and Webisoft suit specific needs like Odoo Community, custom development, or small Québec projects. The best choice is the partner whose references match your industry, size, and language.
- They are levels in Odoo's official partnership program based on yearly sales of new Odoo Enterprise users, the number of certified internal staff, and, for Silver and Gold, a customer retention threshold. Gold requires the most volume and certified staff. A tier measures sales and certification, not project quality, so also review each partner's references.
- No. The firms are listed alphabetically, not ranked from best to worst, because the right Odoo partner depends on your industry, size, province, and language. Webisoft, which publishes this article, appears in its natural alphabetical position and is held to the same sourcing standard as every other firm.
- Open the partner's page in the official odoo.com partner directory. It shows the current tier, published customer references by industry, the largest and average project size in users, and a customer retention figure. Then ask the partner for two references close to your project and call them.
- Not always, but it often helps. Québec partners usually work in French, train teams in French, and know Québec tax and payroll rules. If your company operates mostly in English or across several provinces, a Toronto or national partner can work just as well.
- Odoo Enterprise adds licensed apps, hosting options, and official support, while Odoo Community is open source and free to license. Most partners in the odoo.com directory focus on Enterprise. If you prefer Community, look for a partner that specializes in it and plan for the extra modules you may need.
