More bids won. Fewer hours writing them.
The problem
Public tenders arrive with hundreds of pages of requirements and a fixed deadline. Your best people spend their evenings reading, qualifying and rewriting the same material bid after bid. Good opportunities get skipped because nobody has the hours to respond.
Before and after
What changes with TenderOS
Without TenderOS
- 01Your best people read every tender cover to cover.
- 02Requirements live in a spreadsheet someone maintains by hand.
- 03Past answers get copied out of old proposal files.
- 04Pricing and forms are filled in manually against the deadline.
With TenderOS
- 01Each tender runs through intake and qualification before anyone commits time.
- 02Requirements and compliance are mapped stage by stage.
- 03First drafts are written from your own proposals, CVs and certifications.
- 04The PDF proposal and completed Excel forms are generated for review.
What it does
TenderOS capabilities
- F001
12-stage pipeline
A tender moves through intake, qualification, requirements, drafting, compliance, deliverables and the other stages in order. Each stage runs AI drafting on the tender's own files.
- F002
Human gates
The pipeline pauses on decisions and asks your team. You answer from the web app, from Slack or from Microsoft Teams.
- F003
Start from Slack
Your team starts a response from a Slack thread. Updates sync back to that thread as the pipeline moves.
- F004
Collaborative editor
Every section opens in a real-time editor your whole team can work in. Ask for an AI rewrite of a section and review it as a diff; nothing applies without your approval.
- F005
Your documents as source
TenderOS drafts from your past proposals, CVs and certifications. The response reads like your company wrote it, because the material is yours.
- F006
Files and deliverables
Upload tender documents and preview PDF, Word and Excel files inside the app. TenderOS produces a generated PDF proposal plus completed Excel forms.
How it works
From setup to results
- 001
Find the tender
Browse open public tenders in Canada on the Tender Radar, by province and category, in English or French. Start a response from the web app or from a Slack thread.
- 002
Upload the files
Add the tender documents to the files panel. TenderOS reads them and begins the pipeline with intake and qualification.
- 003
Answer the gates
The pipeline pauses at each decision and asks your team. You reply from the web app, Slack or Microsoft Teams and the pipeline continues.
- 004
Review and submit
Edit every section in the collaborative editor and approve AI suggestions as diffs. Download the PDF proposal and the completed Excel forms.
TenderOS FAQ (005)
TenderOS questions
001What does TenderOS connect to?
Your team works from the web app, from Slack or from Microsoft Teams. Responses can start from a Slack thread, and pipeline updates sync back to that thread. Tender documents come in as PDF, Word and Excel files and deliverables go out as a PDF proposal plus completed Excel forms.
002Where does the draft content come from?
TenderOS drafts from the tender's own files and from your company's documents: past proposals, CVs and certifications. It does not write from generic templates. The more of your material you load, the closer the draft reads to your own voice.
003Who controls what goes into the response?
Your team does. The pipeline pauses at human gates and waits for a decision. In the editor, every AI rewrite is proposed as a diff and is never applied without approval.
004How do we get started?
TenderOS is demo-led, so the first step is a demo with our team. There is no free trial. You can explore open Canadian tenders on the public Tender Radar at tender-os.io before you book.
005What does it cost?
Pricing is quoted per deployment after the demo. We scope it to your bid volume and the teams that need access. There is no public price list.
