The client wanted the speed of AI-assisted development without losing control of the code. Every change needed to be traceable, reviewed and approved by a person.

Ticket to pull request
Four GitHub Actions workflows take a Jira ticket to a merged pull request, updating Jira status automatically.

Separate builder and reviewer
One AI agent implements, another reviews, and a person must approve before anything merges.

Cross-checked decisions
Technical decisions are checked across three AI models, with a person making the final call.

Docs that stay current
Wiki and architecture diagrams are generated and kept up to date from the source code.

The marketplace is in production. It was our first engagement delivered on an AI-augmented pipeline, with full traceability and human approval at every critical step.
